2. このツールについて
「OKAnews Uploader」（以下「本ツール」）は、運営者が自分のYouTubeチャンネル「OKAnewsCH」に、ニュース動画をアップロード・予約公開し、公開状態を確認するために使う自動化ツールです。本ツールは運営者本人のアカウントでのみ使用し、第三者には提供していません。
3. YouTube API サービスの利用
本ツールは YouTube API サービスを使用しています。本ツールを使うことは、YouTube 利用規約（https://www.youtube.com/t/terms）に同意したことになります。Google による情報の取り扱いについては、Google プライバシーポリシー（http://www.google.com/policies/privacy）をご覧ください。
4. 取得・利用する情報
- Google アカウントの認証情報（OAuth のアクセストークン・リフレッシュトークン）
- YouTube チャンネルの情報（チャンネルID）
- 本ツールがアップロードした動画の情報（動画ID、タイトル、説明文、サムネイル、公開状態、予約公開の時刻、カテゴリ、言語、子ども向け設定、合成コンテンツの表示設定）
- 本ツールがアップロードする動画ファイルとサムネイル画像（運営者が作成したもの）
使用する権限（スコープ）と理由：
- youtube.upload … 動画とサムネイルをアップロードするため
- youtube.readonly … アップロードした動画とチャンネルの情報を確認するため
- youtube.force-ssl … アップロードした動画の公開状態・表示設定を更新するため
本ツールは、再生回数などの統計、コメント、再生リスト、視聴者の個人情報を取得しません。
5. 利用目的
取得した情報は、運営者のチャンネルへの動画の投稿、予約公開、公開されたかの確認、運用の記録のためだけに使います。それ以外の目的には使いません。
6. 保存場所と保存期間
- 認証情報、動画ファイル、アップロードの記録は、運営者が管理するクラウド上の作業用コンピューター（xAI社の Grok Bot の作業環境）に保存し、運営者以外は使えないようにしています。
- 公開の記録（日付・動画ID・確認した時刻）は、運営者の Google スプレッドシートに保存します。
- 認証情報は、アクセスが取り消されるまで保存します。それ以外の YouTube API のデータは、30日を超えて保存しません。30日以内に削除するか、最新の情報に更新します。
7. 第三者への提供
取得した情報を第三者に販売・提供・共有することはありません（法令に基づく場合を除きます）。本ツールを動かすために、上記の作業環境（xAI社）と Google のサービスを利用していますが、それ以外の目的で情報を渡すことはありません。本ツールは広告を表示せず、第三者がコンテンツを配信することもありません。
8. Cookie など
本ツールは、利用者の端末やブラウザに Cookie などの情報を保存・読み取りしません。
9. アクセスの取り消しとデータの削除
- 本ツールへのアクセスは、Google のセキュリティ設定ページ（https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions）から、いつでも取り消せます。取り消した場合、本ツールが保存した API データは30日以内に削除します。
- データの削除は、下記の連絡先へメールで依頼できます。依頼を受けてから7日以内に削除します。本ツールのデータを削除しても、YouTube に保存されているデータ（公開済みの動画など）には影響しません。

このポリシーを変更する場合は、このページで新しい内容と日付をお知らせします。

2. About this tool
"OKAnews Uploader" (the "Tool") is an automation tool used by the operator to upload news videos to, schedule them on, and check the publishing status of the operator's own YouTube channel "OKAnewsCH". The Tool is used only with the operator's own account and is not offered to third parties.
3. Use of YouTube API Services
The Tool uses YouTube API Services. By using the Tool, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). For how Google handles information, see the Google Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy).
4. Information we access and use
- Google account authorization data (OAuth access and refresh tokens)
- YouTube channel information (channel ID)
- Information about videos uploaded by the Tool (video ID, title, description, thumbnail, privacy status, scheduled publish time, category, language, made-for-kids setting, and altered or synthetic content setting)
- Video files and thumbnail images uploaded by the Tool (created by the operator)
Scopes used and why:
- youtube.upload — to upload videos and thumbnails
- youtube.readonly — to read information about uploaded videos and the channel
- youtube.force-ssl — to update the privacy status and display settings of uploaded videos
The Tool does not access statistics such as view counts, comments, playlists, or viewers' personal information.
5. How we use information
Information is used only to upload and schedule videos on the operator's channel, confirm that they were published, and keep operational records. It is not used for any other purpose.
6. Storage and retention
- Authorization data, video files, and upload records are stored on a cloud work computer managed by the operator (the Grok Bot work environment provided by xAI) and are not accessible to anyone else.
- Publishing records (date, video ID, time checked) are stored in the operator's Google Sheets spreadsheet.
- Authorization data is kept until access is revoked. Other YouTube API data is not stored for more than 30 days; it is deleted or refreshed within 30 days.
7. Sharing
We do not sell, provide, or share information with third parties, except as required by law. To run the Tool, we use the work environment described above (xAI) and Google services, but information is not provided for any other purpose. The Tool does not display advertisements and does not allow third parties to serve content.
8. Cookies
The Tool does not place, access, or recognize cookies or similar technologies on users' devices or browsers.
9. Revoking access and deleting data
- You can revoke the Tool's access at any time via the Google security settings page (https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions). After revocation, API data stored by the Tool will be deleted within 30 days.
- You can request deletion of stored data by emailing the contact below. Data will be deleted within 7 days of the request. Deleting data from the Tool does not affect data stored by YouTube (such as published videos).

If this policy changes, the new version and its date will be posted on this page.
